FAQ's
Avoid harsh chemicals and lotions directly on the jewelry. Exposure to chemicals such as pools or hot tubs can lead to discoloration.
Rinsing with clean water and mild soap can eliminate any dullness. Also polishing with a jewelry cloth can make them look brand new.
Although the jewelry is "permanent" it does not mean it is indestructible. Please take care and caution when wearing your pieces.
Remember that the daintier the chain the more delicate. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or replacement for lost or stretched jewelry.
All sales are final.
Jewelry is guaranteed for the first 30 days. If the weld or jewelry breaks during this time, I will fix it at no charge. If the jewelry needs to be reapplied after the first 30 days there is a $15 reweld fee.
